Located in Huntsville Alabama, "Woofer Hound" provides entertainment support for events in the North Alabama area. Services include Sound, Lighting and Power Distribution systems for small to medium shows up to 5OOO people, indoors or outside, for any event. All rentals include Delivery and Set Up plus an Experenced Operator.
I will Travel almost any distance to provide equipment for a show.The longest distance so far was 700 miles to Tampa Florida. After the first 25 miles, the charge for traveling is 75cents a mile (one way) or for multiple destinations the charge per mile will be 35cents. Any distance over about 200 miles will require a motel room too. Any distance over about 250 miles will involve a lot of driving and will tie up the equipment additional days, so drive days that keep the equipment from working will be half the cost of the show and possably more motel rooms. Any time that travel is involved, we will have to talk about it and arrange a Flat Rate for the expenses.
If you need additional equipment that I don't have, like: Stages, Moving Lights, Spotlights, Backdrops, Blacklights, Fog Machines, Wireless Microphones, Mirror Balls, Power Distribution, etc. then I'll rent it, and that additional charge will be passed on to you.
Depending on the size of the show or if time is limited for setting up, another person may be required, This will usually be $100.oo per day
If the rental will be for more than one day at the same location, then the additional days will be at Half the normal rental rate.
